  • Drink no more than a moderate amount alc0h0l, if any. (Don't drink any alc0h0l if you have a history of alc0h0lism.)
  • Control your weight.
  • Keep a balanced and healthy diet.
  • Take care of your teeth.
  • Control of high blood pressure.
  • Follow good safety practices.
